Podtutor podcasts enhanced audio revision tracks direct to your computer using iTunes, the leading music and podcast download software developed by Apple. iTunes is free, and is pre-installed on many computers, or can be downloaded for free from the apple.com web site. You may already be familiar with using iTunes to download music online, if not you can find out how to download the latest version of iTunes onto your computer by simply following the link below, to Apples own web site.

When you login to examstutor all your Podtutor podcasts will be listed on your home page, allowing you to download them at the click of a button.

When downloading your actual Podtutor podcasts you will be asked by iTunes to enter your individual examstutor login details. If you are accessing examstutor through a school / colleges subscription you will need to be provided with or create an individual examstutorPlus account, as the multi-user login will not work. |

Your Podtutor Podcast will initially appear as just one entry in iTunes, this is the title of the Podtutor Podcast, click the arrow head to the left of this title to see all the Podtutor Episodes you can then download, as shown in the images below :
Click the arrow head, and... see all the Podtutor tracks you can then GET.
It is really that easy, and once subscribed, everytime you open iTunes on your pc or mac, iTunes will automatically check PodTutor to see if any new PodTutor revision tracks are available, and will then download these onto iTunes automatically for you to use straight away.

iTunes is extremely user-friendly, and you will be able to listen to your PodTutor tracks through iTunes, almost instantly, and transfer them to your iPod, mobile phone or mp3 player with ease. If you have any problems using iTunes simply click the iTunes Help option in the main menu of iTunes.
As well as being able to listen to PodTutor tracks in iTunes, you can also view relevant diagrams and supporting text notes.

PodTutor will work with any mp3 player, including mobile phones with mp3 capabilities. Here we focus on its use with the leading mp3 player the iPod.
You can listen to PodTutor tracks on the iPod shuffle and other mp3 players / mobile phones, however using PodTutor on an iPod nano / iPod allows you to access supporting diagrams and text notes, which can also be viewed in iTunes.
Getting your PodTutor tracks onto your iPod is simplicity itself. The moment you connect your iPod to your Mac or PC, iTunes Auto-Sync updates every new PodTutor article that's been sent to your iTunes since your last sync, including diagrams and text notes, and any additions we have made to previous articles. Each week new PodTutor articles will be published, which will be automatically podcast to your iTunes.

| Select Podcasts from your iPod Menu to view a list of all the PodTutor Subjects you subscribe to, and simply select the subject you wish to revise.
|

All PodTutor Study Articles in your chosen subject will then be listed for you to select the topic you wish to study first.
|

Listen Once you have selected the topic you wish to study, the PodTutor track will commence playing on your iPod. You can pause and replay all or part of the article as you wish.

See Click the centre select button twice to view the Summary Diagram for the article. Providing illustrations of the main elements of the topic. In iTunes further Diagrams are viewable for each PodTutor article.

Read Click the centre select button three times and you can read detailed text notes for the PodTutor article. Including summaries of the key facts of each PodTutor article.

If the above does not work, or you want to do it the long way..
- Open iTunes on your PC or Mac
If you have not already downloaded iTunes, you can do so by following the link to Apples website, provided above, even if you already have iTunes, it may be worth downloading the latest version, by following the link above.


- In iTunes Select Podcasts from the Source Menu, as shown below.
- Select Advanced from the main menu.
- Select Subscribe to Podcast from the drop-down menu.

- In the Subscribe to Podcast box, type the following URL
http://www.examstutor.com/podtutor/sample/sample.xml
You can copy and paste the url from this page instead of typing, if you wish.
- and then click OK
The above URL is only used for our sample PodTutor track, when you subscribe to examstutor online we will provide you with a unique URL to receive your actual PodTutor tracks.
If you are connected to the internet, iTunes will now start to download your PodTutor resources.
iTunes will now continue to download the PodTutor sample podcast, and that's it, you are ready to start using PodTutor.
